Something happens in the ERP
A stock level drops, an invoice passes its due date, a purchase order waits for approval, or a payment lands. SyncHub listens for the events you choose.
SyncHub links your ERP to the phones your team already uses. Low stock, overdue invoices, approvals, payments, and any other system alert can leave the ERP and arrive as a WhatsApp message or an SMS.
Built to carry the alerts your ERP already creates.
A stock level drops, an invoice passes its due date, a purchase order waits for approval, or a payment lands. SyncHub listens for the events you choose.
Each alert has a recipient and a path: WhatsApp, SMS, or both. Finance, warehouse, and approvers only hear what belongs to them.
No extra login. The alert shows up as a WhatsApp message or a text, with the document number, amount, and what needs attention.
The same ERP event can take more than one path. A warehouse lead can get WhatsApp, a duty manager can get an SMS, and a shared inbox can still receive the email.
Alerts land in the chat people already check. Useful for approvals, stock, and anything that should be seen in minutes.
SMS still reaches a phone when data is weak or WhatsApp is not the habit. Short, direct, and hard to miss.
Keep a written copy for finance and shared mailboxes. Email stays available when a record needs to sit with the alert.
These are the alerts teams ask for first. The list is not closed — any event your ERP already produces can be mapped to a message.
Tell the warehouse when an item crosses its reorder point, with the SKU and the location.
Finance hears the moment a customer invoice passes its due date, with the amount still open.
A purchase order or payment that is waiting does not sit unseen. The approver gets it on WhatsApp or SMS.
When cash is received or a payment fails, the account owner sees it without opening the ledger.
Dispatch, delay, and delivery events can go to sales and the customer-facing team as they happen.
Credit limits, payroll completion, user lockouts, or a custom alert. If the ERP raises it, map it.
Rules decide who is interrupted. A low-stock note does not need to reach the CFO, and an overdue invoice does not need to wake the warehouse.

Most ERP alerts die in a screen nobody has open. SyncHub moves that same signal onto WhatsApp and text, so the person who can act sees it.
Recipients stay in WhatsApp or their SMS inbox. They do not need an ERP login to know something needs them.
Built for SAP Business One, BusinessHub, and other ERPs that can raise an event. SyncHub does not replace the system of record.
Each rule names a channel and a person. Teams get the alerts that belong to their work.
Overdue invoices and posted receipts reach the person who owns the account.
Reorder points and stock exceptions go to the shift that can move goods.
Purchase orders stop waiting in a queue the approver has not opened.
Credit holds, large orders, and delivery changes reach the account team.
Payroll complete, system warnings, and custom events follow the same path.
It is built for the ERPs AIOT already implements, including SAP Business One and BusinessHub, and for other systems that can raise an alert or event. On a demo we map the events you actually use.
Yes. A rule can send WhatsApp, a text message, email, or a combination. Different people can receive different channels for the same event.
No. They receive the alert on WhatsApp or as a text. The ERP remains the place where the transaction is completed.
Yes. You decide the events, the wording, the recipient, and the channel. Alerts you do not map stay inside the ERP.
No. SyncHub only carries messages. Finance, inventory, and approvals still live in the ERP. The phone is how people hear about them.
Tell us which ERP you run and which alerts should move to WhatsApp or text. AIOT will walk through SyncHub against your process.
